About This Role
- Enable engineering teams to adopt and utilize Keystone's AI capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and technical support.
- Own and dogfood Keystone's experimental AI solutions in real internal systems, providing early feedback and hands-on contributions.
- Identify and resolve technical AI adoption challenges, escalate non-technical blockers, and propagate best practices across teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Fluency in AI-assisted and agentic software development with strong hands-on engineering experience.
- Demonstrated ability in pairing, mentoring, and coaching engineers on technical problems.
- Experience working within distributed, multi-location engineering organizations.
- Based in or willing to work from Oulu, Finland or Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in early adoption of evolving AI capabilities, comfortable working ahead of formal documentation.
- Able to tailor engagement approaches to team context, balancing direct support and champion-mediated enablement.
- Skilled at influencing engineering culture and growth through mentoring and advocacy within agile teams.
