About This Role
- Manage end-to-end financial recording, analysis, and reconciliation for a portfolio of commercial real estate client contracts within Americas Work Dynamics business.
- Ensure revenue recognition complies with ASC 606, U.S. GAAP, and Sarbanes-Oxley internal controls; lead month-end close and prepare audit-ready documentation.
- Support external/internal audits, contribute to year-end reporting accuracy, and participate in process improvements and technology implementation projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or pursuing CPA preferred.
- 1-3 years of core accounting and/or auditing experience with solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
- Experience in revenue recognition under ASC 606 and applying internal controls over financial reporting.
- Must be able to work on-site in Hyderabad, TS.
