About This Role
- Develop, enhance, and maintain PeopleSoft Financials modules through design, coding, unit testing, and lifecycle delivery including upgrades and integrations.
- Analyze and resolve production issues, documenting SOPs and known errors to improve system reliability under SLA constraints.
- Collaborate with finance users and analysts to translate business needs into technical specifications, support testing phases, and mentor junior team members.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 5 years IT experience; 8+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft development preferred.
- Proven experience with PeopleSoft Financials (FSCM 9.2) support, upgrades (PUM and PeopleTools), and integration development.
- Mandatory technical skills: PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, BI Publisher, SQR, and strong Oracle SQL.
- Location requirement: On-site in Bangalore, Karnataka.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in multi-module PeopleSoft Financial systems including Accounts Payable, Receivable, General Ledger, and others relevant to finance domain.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment and capable of leading by example with strong root cause analysis skills.
- Familiar with full software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies, including testing and deployment in production environments.
