About This Role
- Own end-to-end SAP FICO implementations including blueprinting, realization, go-live, and production support.
- Lead testing phases including unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts with core teams.
- Design and document business and system solutions; conduct workshops, user training, and provide ongoing support during projects.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 20 years of experience in SAP, with at least 1 full end-to-end implementation in SAP FICO.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Science, or Engineering from a premier institute.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for short and long term durations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced SAP FICO consultant comfortable with S4HANA FI CO configuration and functional modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, Cost Centre, Profit Centre, and Internal Orders.
- Proficient in preparing detailed functional documents including gap analysis, solution design, and functional specifications.
- Capable of leading training sessions and workshops, collaborating across business and technical teams to ensure successful SAP application utilization.
