About This Role
- Design, develop, and deliver diverse training programs for enterprise IT solutions across a global organization.
- Facilitate training sessions and coach end users to improve proficiency and drive adoption of enterprise technologies.
- Partner with business stakeholders and project teams to identify learning needs, update training content, and support technology change initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of IT experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MCA, MSc, MBA, or related field; Bachelor's in Adult Learning or Learning & Development preferred.
- Experience designing and delivering training programs for enterprise software and facilitating classroom, virtual, or blended learning.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies with demonstrated coaching and stakeholder management skills.
- Capable of quickly learning and validating new technologies and technical training content independently within a global environment.
- Proven ability to influence across technical and business teams and leverage AI-powered learning tools to enhance training effectiveness.
