About This Role
- Continuously monitor meeting-room AV and Microsoft Teams Room infrastructure using platforms like Utelogy U-Manage.
- Respond to AV-related alerts and incidents by performing initial diagnosis, executing approved remote remediation, validating recovery, and managing incident progression according to SLA and escalation protocols.
- Maintain ownership of incidents until resolution or formal transfer, and communicate clearly with resolver groups and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Audiovisual Operations or related AV support environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms technologies, AV troubleshooting, and fault isolation skills.
- Experience with monitoring/NOC platforms and ITSM tools like ServiceNow for incident handling and escalation.
- Basic understanding of IP networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, connectivity testing).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in structured fault-finding in AV environments with ability to interpret device logs, alerts, and telemetry data.
- Operationally focused with skills in remote AV service monitoring, initial diagnostics, and execution of documented remediation procedures.
- Familiar with collaboration and meeting room AV equipment and tools but not necessarily deep AV engineering or programming expertise.
