About This Role
- Coordinate end-to-end Issue Management ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
- Lead investigation of control gaps/failures, develop corrective action plans, and drive sustainable remediation addressing root causes.
- Create and maintain issue tracking reports and develop senior management reporting for oversight and risk analysis.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit, or control-related functions within financial services.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of compliance laws, regulations, and controls development/execution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
