About This Role
- Manage and support enterprise mainframe storage systems including administration of GDPS environments and IBM storage replication technologies.
- Lead capacity planning, performance tuning, hardware/software upgrades, and migration projects for storage systems.
- Interface with clients in technical meetings, prioritize and resolve storage-related incidents, and provide operational reporting and insights.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Mainframe Storage Administration and GDPS environments.
- Strong expertise with GDPS administration including Global Mirror replication and 4-site configurations.
- Proficient in IBM storage utilities (ICKDSF, DFDSS, FDR, DSCLI, TDMF) and advanced DFSMShsm administration.
- Work Experience Required: 6+ years explicitly mentioned.
