About This Role
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely recording of all financial transactions.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes including invoice verification and payment processing.
- Support payroll, vendor reconciliations, month-end closing activities, and compliance with taxation laws (GST, TDS).
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Finance; MBA (Finance) or equivalent preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in hospitality or service sector.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Sun, Osais) and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of GST and statutory compliance related to billing and collections.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling financial operations within hospitality or service industries, especially Accounts Receivable.
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders across hotel locations and managing vendor relationships.
- Able to manage compliance and support audits with strong attention to detail and documentation.
