About This Role
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for healthcare projects focusing on payer/provider systems and EHR/EMR.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications and ensure correct implementation by development and QA teams.
- Manage compliance with healthcare regulations, support UAT, and handle change requests to ensure successful delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in the Healthcare domain.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, IT, or related field.
- Strong understanding and experience with healthcare systems (Payer/Provider), EHR/EMR, and healthcare standards like HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, ICD/CPT coding.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Visio.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in US Healthcare domain with knowledge of claims processing, eligibility, billing, or clinical workflows preferred.
- Certified Business Analyst Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA considered a plus.
- Able to conduct detailed gap, impact, and feasibility analyses and facilitate stakeholder workshops effectively.
