About This Role
- Own the end-to-end business analysis for healthcare domain projects, focusing on payer/provider systems and EHR/EMR solutions.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Lead requirement workshops, support UAT, manage change requests, and maintain traceability for successful project delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of work experience as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare domain.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, IT, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare systems including payer/provider and EHR/EMR, plus familiarity with HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, ICD/CPT coding.
- Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Visio.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in US Healthcare domain or regulations preferred but not mandatory.
- Skilled in facilitating stakeholder communication and translating complex healthcare requirements into actionable deliverables.
- Comfortable working in Agile teams and managing end-to-end business analysis activities in regulated healthcare environments.
