About This Role
- Own end-to-end business analysis for healthcare domain projects, including payer/provider systems, EHR/EMR, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with healthcare standards.
- Support development, QA teams, and UAT to ensure successful implementation and delivery of healthcare solutions, managing change requests and requirement traceability.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience, including at least 4 years as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare domain.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, IT, or related field.
- Strong understanding and experience with Healthcare systems (Payer/Provider), EHR/EMR, and healthcare standards such as HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, ICD/CPT coding.
- Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Visio.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in US Healthcare domain with knowledge of regulatory compliance and clinical workflows.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and capable of conducting gap, impact, and feasibility analyses.
- Familiar with requirement documentation techniques including BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
