About This Role
- Lead squads responsible for enhancements and fixes across platform services including Finacle, Document management, IVR, Robotics, Debit card management, and related applications.
- Guide product owners in reviewing and analyzing requirements and functional specifications to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate between business departments and CIO to ensure alignment, requirement traceability, and minimal operational disruption during change implementation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product development, business analysis, process improvement, change management, or consulting in financial services.
- Solid understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory frameworks (KYC, AML, MiFID II, Basel III).
- Business-fluent English (written and spoken); Business-fluent German is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing cross-functional squads and coordinating multiple financial technology platforms and services.
- Skilled in translating complex business requirements into functional specifications with an ability to oversee change lifecycle artifacts and adoption.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall methodologies, and certifications like PMP, PgMP, or Agile; comfortable leveraging AI tools responsibly for workflow optimization.
