- 5+ years experience in operations, debt management, or debt recovery operations.
- 2+ years of experience managing a team and operations.
- Extensive knowledge of debt management trends and technology.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in relevant operations and management roles.

- Proven ability to develop and execute processes and metrics for operational success.
