About This Role
- Define and drive AI product strategy, roadmap, and execution to support portfolio prioritization, lead generation, and market intelligence.
- Lead development and refinement of AI agents, predictive models, and data platforms for product evaluation, opportunity scoring, and commercial insights.
- Own end-to-end product delivery including requirement definition, adoption, KPIs, and business impact realization in partnership with cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in product management, analytics, or digital platforms.
- Experience with AI/ML or data-driven product development (preferred but emphasized).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business, or related field.
- MBA from a tier-1 institute preferred; exposure to pharma processes is a strong plus.
