About This Role
- Analyze business, sales, and operational data to identify trends and growth opportunities for revenue and operational efficiency.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, data pipelines, and dashboards to provide timely and accurate business insights.
- Monitor CRM data and lead-management processes to improve sales performance, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, Sales Operations Analyst, or Revenue Operations Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL including complex queries and query optimization.
- Experience with dashboard tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker and hands-on data pipeline development or maintenance.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot and knowledge of sales operations and customer lifecycle analytics.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in analyzing and improving multi-channel sales operations including Inside Sales, Field Sales, and Enterprise Sales.
- Skilled at translating complex data into actionable business insights and process optimizations.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, support, and account management teams in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
