About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of fixed-bid software development projects including planning, execution, risk, and release management.
- Drive technical execution by managing architecture, dependencies, implementation, and delivery risks across teams.
- Lead engineering teams (10+ members) and manage stakeholder collaboration across Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Security, and Customers.
Minimum Requirements
- 12 to 18 years of total work experience with at least 2 years in Technical Project Manager or Engineering Manager role.
- Strong technical background with experience in .NET, Microservices, MS SQL Server, CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-native application delivery.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or equivalent project management tools.
- Work Experience Required: 12 to 18 years as stated in JD.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced managing software projects in Banking, Payments, or Financial Services domains.
- Comfortable applying AI-assisted engineering tools and driving AI-enabled practices for software development productivity and governance.
- Ability to handle financial aspects like effort estimation, resource planning, budget forecasting, and project margin management.
