About This Role
- Plan and execute complex technical projects focused on software development and system integrations to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Serve as Project Manager and Scrum Master overseeing Agile team ceremonies and fostering Agile best practices.
- Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and communicate status to leadership ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical feasibility.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager and Scrum Master handling technical projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and cloud/SaaS platforms.
- Must be Hyderabad-based and available to work from office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing software development lifecycles and system integration projects within Agile environments.
- Skilled at bridging technical and business stakeholders, translating business needs into technical tasks and managing cross-team dependencies.
- Proficient with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence, and knowledgeable of ERP or CRM enterprise software implementations (preferred).
