About This Role
- Manage daily warehouse activities including inward/outward movement of books and publishing materials.
- Supervise picking, packing, labeling, and dispatch operations ensuring accuracy and timely order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with logistics and courier partners and maintain warehouse reports and daily operational MIS.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in warehouse operations or dispatch management.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems, Zoho, and MS Excel.
- Work Experience Required: 8-12 years in warehouse or dispatch operations, preferably in publishing, retail, FMCG, or e-commerce.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in warehouse operations specifically handling books or related publishing materials or in similar industries like retail, FMCG, or e-commerce.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Excel for operational reporting and MIS management.
