About This Role
- Collaborate with Service Delivery Manager to manage cloud capacity, billing/show back operations, and cost optimization across multiple cloud environments.
- Monitor and optimize end-user experience using Nexthink analytics, including dashboard configuration, incident management, and automation for issue resolution.
- Provide data-driven insights and maintain compliance with IT policies to support efficient IT operations and governance.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, ITSM, or digital workplace monitoring.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
- Hands-on experience with Nexthink platform, including dashboard creation and incident investigation.
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Remedy; basic scripting skills in PowerShell or Python.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in large enterprise IT operations with strong skills in endpoint management and performance monitoring (Windows/Mac OS).
- Proficient in leveraging Nexthink for analytics-driven IT performance improvements and automation.
- Able to collaborate cross-functionally with IT service, support, and operations teams, and contribute to process improvements and compliance enforcement.
