About This Role
- Manage multiple IT Quality teams or functional areas focused on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and software quality assurance across software development life cycles.
- Own budgeting, resource planning, people management including performance evaluation, hiring, mentoring, and career development for teams such as the Shanghai group.
- Develop and enforce testing standards, improve IT Quality processes, manage organizational process changes, and collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure project stability and productivity.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of IT Testing experience.
- Strong knowledge of software testing techniques, tools, and software development/testing life-cycle methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Communication and diplomacy skills with ability to persuade and influence stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large or multiple teams focused on IT Quality and testing in a global environment.
- Capable of handling budgeting, resource allocation, and policy formulation within IT Quality functions.
- Demonstrates strong evaluative judgment and coordination skills to drive continuous improvements and cross-team collaboration.
