About This Role
- Design and implement advanced data models and KPIs for people analytics such as headcount, attrition, and internal movement.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and analyses primarily using Visier, Sanofi’s global people analytics solution, along with other visualization tools.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, stakeholders, and digital teams to support people data extraction, visualization, and strategic HR initiatives using enterprise Datamart and Workday data.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in data modeling and extraction, with a minimum of 3 years working on people analytics KPIs and Visier visualization application.
- Proven expertise in people data, including calculating and analyzing key HR metrics and dashboard development in Visier.
- Strong skills in Visier, SQL, Power BI DAX, and familiarity with Workday or similar global HCM platforms; exposure to people-related AI methodologies is required.
- Fluent English communication skills; Work Experience Required: Minimum 6 years in relevant fields.
