About This Role
- Lead and coach a sales team to achieve performance targets and manage team member performance including BQ and PIP cases.
- Ensure timely multitasking, prioritization, and completion of deliverables under pressure.
- Develop interpersonal relationships within the team and escalate unresolved issues to the Operations Manager.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of sales experience preferred.
- Graduation required.
- Mandatory proficiency in Hindi and English for customer communication.
- Location: Vishakhapatnam (Vizag); willingness to work flexible schedule noted.
