About This Role
- Own operational stability and continuous improvement of AWS and Azure enterprise cloud environments, including monitoring, incident management, recovery, and compliance.
- Administer and manage OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) clusters and Kubernetes workloads to ensure cluster health, performance, and resource utilization.
- Drive automation and operational excellence using scripting (PowerShell, Python), monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Splunk), and ServiceNow workflow automations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in Cloud Operations, Infrastructure Operations, Production Support, SRE, or Enterprise Technology Services.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Dynatrace, Splunk, and ServiceNow Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years relevant experience.

- Experienced in managing 24/7 operational support for enterprise-scale AWS and Azure cloud environments with focus on production stability and incident resolution.
- Skilled in Red Hat OpenShift platform administration and Kubernetes cluster lifecycle management with strong operational troubleshooting skills.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams across geographies and implementing automation to improve operational efficiency.
