About This Role
- Develop and enhance internal Salesforce.com platform solutions supporting mission-critical business processes.
- Provide expertise on Salesforce APIs, profiles, security model, and manage development/test sandbox environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes including monitoring, deployment, support, and maintain compliance with security and change management policies.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of Salesforce application development and support experience in an enterprise environment (minimum 300 seats).
- 2+ years hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and building user interfaces using Lightning Web Components, Aura Framework, or modern JS frameworks.
- Proven skills customizing Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and asynchronous Apex, plus strong knowledge of Salesforce security model and multi-system integrations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end Salesforce development and support in fast-paced, large-scale enterprise environments.
- Skilled in integrating complex multi-system patterns including RESTful, SOAP, Event-Driven architectures, and middleware solutions like MuleSoft or Kafka.
- Able to take ownership of project deliverables, manage multiple priorities effectively, and leverage AI-assisted developer tools for efficient coding and debugging.
