About This Role
- Participate in development and implementation of application systems including Spring Boot and ReactJS based applications.
- Analyze and resolve application issues, perform testing, debugging, and provide programming solutions with limited supervision.
- Act as a subject matter expert advising senior stakeholders and coaching junior analysts, while managing compliance and risk considerations.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Applications Development in the Financial Services industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Spring Boot, REST APIs/microservices, and Web development using ReactJS, HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage release cycles.

- Experienced in handling medium to large complex projects independently with ownership of deliveries.
- Capable of operating autonomously with sound judgment and risk assessment in a regulated environment.
- Demonstrated ability to coach others and act as a SME while balancing technical and stakeholder coordination responsibilities.
