About This Role
- Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain Pega-based software products with full-stack ownership and production-ready code.
- Ensure software adheres to U.S. Bank standards for compliance, security, reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate effectively in Agile teams, conduct and receive code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience with Pega Infinity 8.x and supporting frameworks, preferably with credit card and collections systems experience.
- Pega Certified System Architect (CSSA) or higher strongly preferred.
- Experience with DevOps CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodology, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure) is required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in financial services software development with specialization in credit card and collections systems integration.
- Skilled in Pega platform customization, deployment automation, and cloud-native modernization efforts.
- Comfortable with middleware technologies (Tibco), web services (SOAP, REST), and database management (IBM UDB, PostgreSQL).
