About This Role
- Define and lead the Regression Testing, Test Automation, and Quality Engineering strategy for multiple products and teams within the Direct-to-Consumer technology landscape.
- Lead automation teams and own automation architecture, frameworks, and engineering standards focusing on Web, Mobile, API, Integration, and End-to-End testing.
- Drive shift-left quality practices integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Architecture teams to embed quality in the software development lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, and Software Testing including leadership of automation teams.
- Strong expertise in scalable automation frameworks and test architectures; hands-on with tools like Playwright, Maestro, or Appium.
- Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript or Python and experience with API and integration test automation (REST and GraphQL).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader able to provide technical direction and mentor automation teams across enterprise-scale QA initiatives.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments, skilled at stakeholder management and influencing quality practices across multiple engineering teams.
- Background in eCommerce, retail, or consumer digital products is preferred to align with the DTC technology focus.
