About This Role
- Own test automation, continuous integration, and regression testing for specific feature areas independently.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, test environments, and release verification processes covering multiple testing types including feature, system, deployment, upgrade, security, and release testing.
- Leverage Agentic AI tools to accelerate test design and automation; coach junior engineers on Robot Framework, Python, CI tools, and test reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate or Master degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in software/telecom product verification and test automation using Robot Framework, Python, and Bash.
- Proficiency with cloud-native software on containerized platforms including Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
- Experience with Linux, Git, GitLab CI/Jenkins pipelines, REST APIs, microservices, and AI-assisted development tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in cloud-native and containerized environments emphasizing automation and CI/CD processes.
- Proven ability to independently manage test automation and lead verification of complex telecommunication software features.
- Capable of mentoring junior engineers and driving adoption of modern testing frameworks and AI-augmented automation techniques.
