About This Role
- Participate in establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs within the technology team.
- Analyze, design, and program in Java and ReactJS, handling system enhancements, vulnerability assessments, testing, debugging, and supporting customer exposure systems.
- Provide technical ownership on software development projects, make technical decisions, and advise or coach junior analysts.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in the Financial Services industry in an Applications Development role.
- Proficient in ReactJS and Java development with knowledge of enterprise-level web services and application layers.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Experience with dependency management, change management, continuous integration testing tools, and audit/compliance requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong working knowledge of enterprise architecture related to web services, data, and application layers preferred.
- Experience in managing and implementing successful projects with demonstrated leadership and management skills.
- Ability to operate with limited supervision and exercise independent technical judgment, acting as a SME to senior stakeholders and team members.
