About This Role
- Lead and grow multiple product and engineering teams in India, accountable for strategy, delivery, organization design, and team performance.
- Set technical direction including architecture, scalability, security, and platform investment, balancing feature delivery with technical debt and system health.
- Drive predictable, high-quality delivery by partnering with Product Managers; implement AI tools to enhance engineering productivity and quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years in software engineering with at least 5 years leading Engineering Managers or multiple teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience leading product engineering teams in a SaaS environment managing multiple teams.
- Experience with AI tool adoption in engineering and strong global stakeholder partnership skills.
