About This Role
- Develop and maintain integrations among enterprise SaaS systems including Salesforce, NetSuite, Marketo, and JIRA using Mulesoft.
- Lead and provide technical direction for a team of engineers, ensuring engineering standards, product quality, and operational excellence.
- Analyze business requirements to design scalable, reusable, and secure API integration solutions, including capacity forecasting for data volume growth.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Mulesoft API integrations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong familiarity with CRM, ERP, and Finance systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Mulesoft Certified Developer or Developer II certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in API-led connectivity and integration best practices with deep Mulesoft knowledge.
- Capable of mentoring and leading engineers with strong technical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with software development teams and business stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and sales growth.
