About This Role
- Define and design user experiences and digital journeys for Allianz Vehicle Intelligence solutions, including wireframes, dashboards, and visual assets.
- Implement dashboards, reporting, and process automation using Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft technologies to enhance productivity.
- Maintain UX documentation and apply Allianz UX, branding, accessibility, and design standards consistently across deliverables.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX, visual design, digital communications, or related disciplines.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, PowerPoint, Figma, or equivalents.
- Strong Power BI skills including dashboard design and data visualization; experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or equivalent automation solutions.
- Work Mode: Hybrid (Pune location). Employment Type: Full-time.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing user journeys, dashboards, workflows, and digital communication assets including newsletters and videos.
- Capable of leveraging AI tools for content creation and multimedia production to improve user experience and productivity.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-team communication, comfortable working across different cultures and geographies.
