About This Role
- Design, develop, and continuously improve AI agents and agent-based workflows using Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Build and integrate MCP servers, tools, APIs, and enterprise applications to support AI solutions for engineering and business use cases.
- Collaborate with engineering, IT, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deploy AI agent performance solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience in software development, AI, or engineering technology.
- Hands-on experience with AI agents, Generative AI, Large Language Models, and Model Context Protocol.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience working with APIs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline; hybrid work mode from Bengaluru TE Whitefield office required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing AI solutions specifically for engineering or enterprise business use cases.
- Skilled in integrating AI agents with enterprise applications, tools, and APIs at scale.
- Demonstrated ability to deploy, monitor, and optimize AI agent performance in production environments.
