About This Role
- Lead product strategy for account risk management to create adaptable capabilities applicable across all risk areas.
- Define requirements and roadmap for platform and internal tools to enhance reaction time, coverage, and precision against evolving risk landscape.
- Collaborate across business, engineering, operations, and design teams to identify risk gaps, improve performance, and build scalable solutions while engaging senior leaders on business impact.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, technical/engineering field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in eCommerce web services or equivalent roles.
- Experience managing medium to large complex projects in an eCommerce context.
- Proficiency in web services, generative and agentic AI, and API development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience applying both technical and business insights to build risk management product solutions in eCommerce.
- Familiarity with risk management or payments within large-scale eCommerce environments is a plus.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with senior leadership on business performance and risk opportunities.
