About This Role
- Lead and facilitate 1-2 Agile teams as Scrum Master, enforcing Scrum practices and promoting team empowerment and self-organization.
- Organize and run all Scrum ceremonies: backlog grooming, Sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify and remove impediments, coach Product Owners on backlog management, and coordinate cross-team collaboration as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in software development environment with experience managing customer expectations, project schedules, and change management.
- Prior Scrum Master experience with thorough understanding of Scrum practices as per the Scrum Guide.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years; knowledge of Schwab systems and processes required; Scrum Master certification and experience with SAFe Agile preferred.
