About This Role
- Own end-to-end design, build, deployment, and optimization of production-grade Voice AI agents integrating with client systems.
- Build scalable backend integrations (REST APIs, WebSockets, webhooks) connecting Blue Machines platform with enterprise systems.
- Lead client technical engagements including workshops and on-site call reviews, requiring extensive travel across India.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years software development experience, including 2+ years shipping live LLM/AI applications (agents, RAG, chatbots).
- Proficiency in Python or Java for backend architecture and integration.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP), APIs, WebSockets, and authentication protocols (OAuth2, JWT).
- Based in Bangalore with willingness to travel extensively across India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technical leader comfortable bridging software engineering, AI orchestration, and client delivery in enterprise environments.
- Experience working deeply with AI frameworks like LangChain, OpenAI APIs, or similar SDKs in production contexts.
- Strong analytical skills for root-cause analysis and agent performance optimization in live environments.
