About This Role
- Support financial management by analyzing, reporting, and reconciling financial and operational results, identifying variances to plans, and providing recommendations to stakeholders.
- Engage in budgeting and forecasting processes including monthly expense and capital reviews and variance analysis with operational insights.
- Support priority projects, maintain internal stakeholder relationships, ensure reporting compliance, and provide standardized reports and updates.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience Required: 0-2 years in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or related field.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting including forecasts, budgets, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow.
- Compliance with reporting standards and corporate policies; knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Familiarity with financial analysis tools and processes such as variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting in a corporate finance environment.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate financial insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Experience or training in foundational financial principles and willingness to contribute to projects through research and data analysis support.
