About This Role
- Manage and project lead end-to-end fund/mandate launches, closures, and transition events ensuring timely completion and risk mitigation.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including custodians, administrators, transition managers, and clients throughout event lifecycles.
- Oversee operational setup of transitions in internal systems and ensure market openings or client requests are completed timely, maintaining adherence to SLAs and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of dedicated experience in Client Servicing, Account Transition, or Operations.
- Degree or minimum A Level standard of education.
- Strong knowledge of operations middle and back office functions, financial systems (e.g., SWIFT, TLM, Bloomberg, Custodian proprietary, Portfolio Accounting Systems like HiPortfolio, Portia).
- Location: Pune, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex operational transitions and client servicing in investment management or financial services environment.
- Strong communication skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure process adherence under deadlines.
- Proficient with investment product classes including Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and alternative assets and their operational lifecycle.
