About This Role
- Collaborate with geographically distributed teams to build and scale high-performance, enterprise-grade server-side applications.
- Own software development lifecycle including coding, testing, and deployment adhering to platform architecture and security standards.
- Lead technical decision-making, mentor engineers, and drive adoption of best practices in DevOps, Agile, and cloud-native technologies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of software development engineering experience including full cycle implementation from requirements to production.
- Experience building scalable server-side applications and operating medium to large scale systems.
- Strong communication skills for technical information presentation; familiarity with technologies like Java, Spring MVC/Boot, and REST microservices.

- Experienced in designing and coding clean, maintainable software primarily in Java and modern frameworks like Spring Boot and Microservices.
- Proficient with modern engineering practices including test-driven development, automation, CI/CD, and cloud-based architectures.
