About This Role
- Package, test, deploy, maintain, and retire endpoint applications following engineering, release, and change-management standards.
- Manage OS and application patching, Intune enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, security controls, encryption, and vulnerability remediation for Windows and macOS endpoints.
- Troubleshoot complex endpoint and compliance issues, document solutions, automate tasks with scripts within approved security and architecture guidelines.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years in IT support including 2+ years hands-on Intune engineering or advanced endpoint administration.
- Bachelor's degree in technology or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with application packaging, deployment, OS and app patching, compliance policies, and endpoint troubleshooting for Windows and macOS.
- PowerShell or similar scripting experience preferred; strong Windows knowledge required; macOS management knowledge required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in improving endpoint compliance, security posture, deployment reliability, and root-cause resolution.
- Skilled in automation through scripting (PowerShell) to reduce recurring operational work within security guardrails.
- Familiar with agile development practices and CI/CD pipelines relevant to endpoint management activities.
