About This Role
- Develop, design, and implement ETL pipelines and services using Ab Initio, including migrating workloads from Ab Initio to Python.
- Analyze applications for vulnerabilities, conduct testing and debugging, and provide programming solutions in coordination with technology teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert and advisor to senior stakeholders and junior analysts, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and risk standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Financial Services with intermediate applications development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Ab Initio (graphs, plans, PDL, DML) and ETL pipeline design and development.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in migrating Ab Initio workloads to Python and knowledge of CI/CD tools (Git workflows, automated testing) and containerization (Docker).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in large-scale data processing including file-based and streaming pipelines with Kafka integration.
- Familiar with cloud deployment and use of AI engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot for development and code reviews.
- Strong design thinking skills with experience in discovery, prototyping, user testing, and clear stakeholder communication.
