About This Role
- Own end-to-end development and maintenance of interactive dashboards, reports, and semantic data models using Power BI and Tableau to enable self-service analytics.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable analytical solutions and actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot data/reporting issues partnering with Data Engineering and cross-functional teams for timely resolutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Reporting roles.
- Proficiency in Power BI including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, dashboard/report development, and performance optimization.
- Advanced SQL skills covering joins, CTEs, window functions, aggregations, and query optimization.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent combination of coursework and professional experience considered.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced working with large, complex datasets and multiple enterprise data sources in fast-paced environments.
- Strong technical expertise across Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel for reporting and self-service analytics.
- Capable of partnering cross-functionally and contributing to BI best practices, data governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
