About This Role
- Lead the implementation and scaling of Microsoft Dynamics Solutions for Global Operations within the EMEA region.
- Manage product backlogs, prioritize tasks, and apply agile methodologies to deliver technology products focused on enhancing end-user experience.
- Define business outcomes and KPIs, track progress, and escalate issues related to Operations Transformation projects involving AI and Dynamics platforms.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant experience in delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
- Minimum 2 years experience with AI, Microsoft Dynamics, or Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong understanding of AI implementation in software development and knowledge of Agentic AI workflows.
- Experience with managing product backlogs, agile frameworks, and strong communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience operating independently with ownership of day-to-day responsibilities and ability to handle non-standard issues within expertise area.
- Strong analytical skills combined with business orientation and commercial thinking regarding operational impact and budget.
- Proven track record working with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions in a complex global financial operations environment.
