About This Role
- Process and verify daily and monthly trades across multiple asset classes with accuracy and timely exception handling.
- Manage security setups including listed securities, OTC securities, derivatives, and bank debt, leading process improvements and automation.
- Collaborate with multiple data vendors and internal teams to resolve trade and reference data issues, maintain corporate action processing, and document trade workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-9 years of experience in trade processing, corporate actions, and security setup.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a financial domain.
- Strong knowledge of asset types like equity, fixed income, derivatives; knowledge of bank loans is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills; operational experience in financial institutions and hedge fund administration knowledge are strong advantages.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in multi-asset trade processing and reference data management in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment.
- Capable of independently managing tasks with a control mindset and ownership of process risks and issues.
- Familiar with vendor platforms (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Markit), API knowledge preferred, and has a focus on automation and process improvement.
