About This Role
- Download and reconcile bank statements in SAP ensuring timely and accurate cash application.
- Manage suspense accounts, process small balance write-offs, and handle refund requests for incorrect payments.
- Mentor team members, update SOPs, collaborate with multiple teams, and meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification.
- 3–6 years experience in Cash Application processes.
- Proficiency in SAP and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Hybrid role based in Hyderabad, India.
