About This Role
- Manage and optimise corporate travel programme operations, including traveller support and service delivery improvements.
- Analyse complex travel and expense data using advanced Excel and Power BI to generate insights and automate reporting KPIs on programme effectiveness and cost savings.
- Lead travel-related projects and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to implement process improvements, technology rollouts, and supplier management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Travel Management, Finance, Data Analytics or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years experience in travel operations, travel analytics, corporate travel management or a related role.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, data modelling, Power Query, and complex formulas; experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
- Experience with corporate travel platforms such as Concur, Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo or GDS platforms; location requirement: Bangalore.

- Demonstrated ability to deliver travel-related projects and process improvements within corporate travel programmes or Travel Management Company environments.
- Experienced in analysing and transforming large travel and expense data sets into actionable business recommendations.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities and influencing stakeholders across functions in a matrixed, fast-paced, global corporate environment.
