About This Role
- Lead and own complex data migrations, platform configurations, and testing for OpenGov cloud software implementations in government organizations.
- Validate customer requirements, reconcile migrated data, and ensure the product setup matches documented needs and long-term maintainability before go-live.
- Serve as primary technical contact for government stakeholders, mentor junior engineers, and improve implementation processes and standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years experience in software implementation, data migration, or technical consulting, preferably with enterprise or SaaS products.
- 3+ years of hands-on SQL scripting experience involving complex queries, data transformation, and reconciliation.
- 2+ years of Python or similar scripting experience for automation and data processing.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field.

- Experienced in delivering end-to-end complex software implementations and mentoring junior technical staff.
- Strong database and ETL expertise, including schema design and performance optimization.
- Capable of managing evolving customer needs, working cross-functionally, and balancing technical delivery with consultative engagement with government stakeholders.
