About This Role
- Lead moderately complex technical initiatives including design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, upgrades, and deployments.
- Resolve technical challenges and lead project teams to meet client needs, acting as escalation point and providing guidance to less experienced staff.
- Contribute to large scale strategy planning within technology domain environments.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience (work experience, training, military experience, or education equivalency accepted).
- Mandatory skills include Java 17+, Spring Boot 3.x, Microservices architecture, Hibernate 6.x, Oracle 12c, Angular 16, REST and SOAP web services, and application deployment on servers like Apache Tomcat or IBM WebSphere.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) is required.
- Work Experience Required: 4+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Hands-on expertise in both backend (Java, Spring Boot, Microservices) and frontend technologies (Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+).
- Able to lead projects with moderate complexity and mentor junior developers, indicating mid to senior level software engineering experience.
- Experienced working in Agile environments with capabilities in design patterns, DevOps practices, and cloud-native application deployments.
