About This Role
- Lead and grow a software engineering team across frontend (ReactJS/NodeJS) and backend (Java, Node.js), responsible for technical decisions, architectural guidance, and delivery.
- Spend approximately 50% hands-on coding in React and modern JavaScript alongside the team, including active use and critical review of AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot).
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure quality, scalability, and security standards are met.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in technical leadership or engineering management roles.
- Strong expertise in ReactJS, modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Node.js, Java/J2EE (Spring Boot preferred), relational and NoSQL databases, RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
- Hands-on experience with AI engineering tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot in daily development.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Deep technical proficiency with full-stack web technologies and scalable distributed systems, including AI-assisted software development workflows.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality software through strong Agile practices, cross-team collaboration, and mentorship of senior engineers.
